A tool for the Analysis of SAGE, MPSS and SBS data
About ACTG
ACTG is a web-based application that allows a large-scale tag to gene mapping using several reference dataset. ACTG can map a list of tags (a full library) from SAGE, MPSS, and SBS sequence-based technologies. The tag list should present only an informative tag sequences, i. e., the enzyme site (CATG for SAGE or GATC for MPSS and SBS) should be removed. For short SAGE, the tag length should be 10 bp, 17 bp for long SAGE, 13 bp for short MPSS, 16 bp for both long MPSS and SBS data.
